The company was founded by an engineering leader with more than two decades of experience building and running data platforms and engineering teams, including in healthcare, property data and other regulated, data-intensive industries. That experience shapes how we work: production first, clear trade-offs, and a strong bias for leaving teams more capable than we found them.
